Counting down, to the log fire, with a glass of red

冬真っ只中の8月に、マーガレットリバーのシャレーを予約しました。マーガレットリバーはワインやグルメで有名で、夏のホリデーシーズンにはパースの半分が移動してくるとまでいわれる人気行楽地ですが、そのシャレーはジャラ、カリといったこの地方特有のいいにおいのするユーカリの森の中深くにあり、WiFiどころか携帯の電波も届かないという、陸の孤島感満載の立地です。そこで暖炉の火を見つめながら地産のワインとチーズを楽しむ...ああ、楽しみ。脳内妄想が膨らみます。あと6週間、カウントダウンの日々です。

We booked a chalet accommodation in Margaret River in mid August. It is located deep in a Jarrah and Karri forest where no WiFi and even no mobile reception is available. So within such a destination as popular as being said half of Perth would migrate in the peak season (actually, it's summer), we will stay totally isolated from the crowd. Can't wait! I already started counting down the days to the wine and dine nights by the cosy log fire.
