Overgrown hair, tests how loyal to, my hairdresser

いつもヘアカットに行く美容師さんが、コロナのため3月末からずっと休業中です。パースでは美容師と理容師はロックダウンの全期間において営業が許されてはいましたが、お子さんがまだ小さいのでリスクを考えられたのでしょう。それは大いに支持します。でもだからといって髪が伸びるのが止まるわけではありません。もう切りたい、でも浮気するのも気が引ける…ひそかにジレンマです。

My hairdresser chose to close her salon due to COVID-19 since the end of March, although it's been permitted to open throughout the lockdown. I guess she dared not take the risk for her young children. I totally support her decision. However, that doesn't stop my hair from growing and getting overgrown. I started finding hard to resist temptation to have it done by someone else - perhaps it's a test of my loyalty.
