Never imagined, such a day Church tells, not to come

「教会がなくなる?!」ー　ちょっとタブロイド紙並みに煽ってしまいました。政府が100人以上の屋内での集会を禁止したのを受けて、教会から礼拝中止の連絡が来ました。正直、ここまで来たか、という感じです。生まれてから1度も「教会へ来るな」なんて言われたことありませんから。あと3週間でイースターという教会暦最大のイベントがやってくるのにいったいどうなるのでしょう？聖餐とかできないんだろうな。昨日の句でDoom's Day(悪魔の日)などと茶化してしまったけど、なんかもう笑えないですね。オチがなくてすみません。

"Is Church banned?!" - sorry, I mimicked "The Sun" paper leads to sound sensational.. But actually, Australian government banned non-essential indoor gathering of 100 people or more, so my church responded by suspending services. It was the very first time in my life that church tells us not to come. We are in Lent now so Easter, the biggest day in the church calendar, is around the corner. How will we cope? The holy communion may be banned, I'm afraid? I said "Doom's Day" in yesterday's Senryu as a bit of joke, but it is no laughing matter now.
