It's a new rule, not knowing that is, your bloody fault

今年から私の病院のカジュアル勤務は、原則的にシフトには組まれず呼び出しがあれば出て行く勤務形態になりました。なので、シフトとシフトの間がかなり空くこともしばしば。朝令暮改、よく言えばフレキシブルな職場なので、いない間に今までのやり方が急に変わったり、何か新しいルールができたりします。で、面食らったりミスをしたりしてしまうのですが、「知らなかったお前が悪い。」イヂワルですねぇー。

My hospital's casual employment contract has change to be fully on call basis and we are no longer rostered. This means we could have longer interval between the shifts. Because our workplace is "flexible" and changes their "Do's and Don't's" so often, we casuals may fail to catch up with the new rules. But, well, "Ignorance is still your fault!" A bit mean, isn't it?
