Sunday night, I am sad as he is sad

サラリーマンにとって日曜日の夜は「あーあ、週末も終わり、明日から仕事かぁ...」と、ちょっと憂鬱なのは古今東西共通。うちの伴侶もご多分にもれず落ち込み気味で口数少なくなってしまいます。私も、今は病院のバイトなので週末は関係ないのに伝染してなんとなくブルーに。3年前まで会社勤めだったので彼の気持ちがよーくわかるからか、それとも私だけ抜けたので肩身が狭いからか?

Sunday night melancholy is common to all office workers in the world. Same here with my other half - he becomes down and less and less talkative. Although this doesn't apply for me, a casual hospital worker, he influences me and makes me a bit sad, too. Is it because I totally understand how he feels as a former fulltime worker, or because I feel a bit guilty being escaped first from that Sunday night syndrome?
