Bone-tired, blame myself for skipping the break

昨日はくたくたになって仕事から帰ってきました。金曜日はやることが多くてもシフトの時間はいつもどおりなので、休憩時間を削るかシフトを延長するかしかないのですが、残業代が出るにもかかわらず、早く帰りたいあまり休憩時間にタダ働きしてしまいました。疲れるのも自分のせいですね。マネジャーにばれるとたぶん叱られます。オーストラリアでは休憩時間を取らなかったりサービス残業するのは美徳ではなく罪なのです。

I came home exhausted yesterday because I worked throughout the shift with little break as we have more things to do on Fridays and cannot fit them all within the normal shift hours. Although we get paid for the extended time, I chose to skip the break (non-paid) and go home early, so I have to blame only myself for this.
