“Give me a smile!” then you need to, make me happy

病院で配膳の仕事が回ってくることが時々あります。大部分の患者さんはサンキューと言ってくれてこちらも自然に笑顔を返すのですが、中にはあれが欲しい、これはいやだと文句たれの難しい人もいるわけです。そういう人に「スマイルは？」と要求されても私には無理です。

When I deliver the meals at the hospital, most patients are thankful so I am happy to serve and smile naturally. But there are some fussy people who embarrass me by asking for food or service I'm not allowed to give them. Sorry but I don't smile for the sake.
