Resolutions? Gym is packed we, fight over the machines

ちょうど先週の今頃、ジムに行ったら私1人だったので防犯ベルを付帯しなければなりませんでした。こんなこと初めて。で、打って変わって今週はもう満員です。多くの人が昨日から通常運転というのもありますが、「新年の抱負」のせいかも、と読んでます。さて、どれくらい続くでしょうか。

The same day last week, I had the whole gym for myself and even had to wear the safety device - never been in such a situation. Now, it's packed! I think it's mainly because the most people started their normal routines this week, but in addition, I suspect "The New Year's Resolutions" might be contributing as well. Let's see how long it lasts.
